In response to customer and market requests to receive and process orders from some of the more popular ERP solutions, 

GTS has recently completed development of an to the FootWorks system from Connecticut-based Comprehensive Computer Services, Inc.

Most recently, GTS has developed an interface to Richter Systems  for American Pacific

The scope of the interfaces is to automatically pass Purchase Orders, amendments and cancellations generated on the ERP system to the TradeIT and SoftShoe. In each of these cases, GTS has agreed a set of interface rules and procedures for data exchange. 

When GTS applications received the order data, the interface software validates the data and logs any exceptions. Once validated, the Order information is available to all Users through GTS’ database replication function. This allows overseas agents and branches:

The ability to print Orders (also called Contracts) for ongoing transmission to suppliers and factories. Since the Order records are transmitted and available in the SoftShoe system overseas, the Order can be localized in format and language, including Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese.

Instant access to Order status, outstanding balances and history allows overseas agents or branches the ability to view Order status, outstanding balances and activity. No longer do they need to send a FAX or e-mail every time there is a question.

When integrated into the Order Tracking component, Production managers and sourcing staff are able to view and track order status down to the production-, inspection- and overseas shipment-related information.

With the optional Remote Access for Suppliers, factories and other suppliers can also be tied into this web of instant information, providing a complete integrated sourcing system.
