Sample Manager

The Sample Manager module automates critical sampling tasks – from initial request and assignment overseas by head office, to the ordering, tracking and distribution of samples abroad.  Functionality for all teams members is provided.  As importantly, you now have complete visibility of where samples are in the process and when they will arrive.

Features

• Ability to create, assign and process fabric and finished goods sample requests from head office and for overseas staff to receive and process the requests into orders seamlessly.

• Provides your overseas offices/agents with a tool to to capture sample receipt dates and quantities, allocate samples, capture airway bill numbers and carriers as well as ship dates.  Labels or tags can be generated and affixed to the sample fabrics or finished goods (see example to the left).

• Allows processing for any type of sample i.e. prototype, confirmation and sales.
